1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment

2. Return & Replacement Policy (Physical Books)

- You received the wrong book/product
Evidence Required
To process your return, you must provide:
- Clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue
- Unboxing video is recommended for faster approval
Non-Returnable Items
- Books damaged due to customer misuse
- Books with minor transportation dents/scratches
- Orders placed by mistake
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable)
Return Process
- Submit a return request with proof at [support email].
- Our team will verify and approve the request if eligible.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

4. Digital Products (eBooks / PDFs)
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed for eBooks, PDFs, or downloadable content.
- Once delivered, digital products cannot be reversed, shared, or returned.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
- If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay to your bank within 5–7 working days.
- If duplicate payment is made, contact us with your transaction details.
- Refund will be issued after verification.
6. Order Delays
- Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for a refund.
- However, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
